Payment
Registrations for Maine Curriculum Leaders' Association (MCLA) conferences are accepted when payment is received by check only. Checks should be made out to Maine Curriculum Leaders' Association. Purchase order are accepted, but payment must be received for the registration to be confirmed. We do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Program Cancellation: MCLA reserves the right to cancel programs because of low registration or other events beyond its control. If an event has been cancelled we will make every attempt to contact registrants.
No Show: If you are unable to attend the event, it is important that you notify the Maine CLA Treasurer Lee Graham via email or arrange to send an alternate person in your place.
Refunds: Individuals canceling their registration must notify the MCLA Treasurer at least 14 days prior to the program in order to receive a refund. MCLA reserves the right to offer credit vouchers in place of cash refunds. Conference registration fee includes $25.00 non-refundable processing cost.

MCLA is happy to provide accommodations for members and customers who have disabilities or special needs. Please make a note at the time you register if you require any special assistance.
